Context

Consultants need to determine early in a client engagement when Copilot or AI agents add real value — and when risks, data or prerequisites are not ready yet.

My contribution

I analysed consulting workflows and decision points, consolidated criteria and risks, and translated them into an interactive decision flow validated with consultants.

Outcome

A practical framework connecting technological possibilities to client context, data quality and responsible adoption.

From fragmented data to manageable information

Context

Reporting data lived across multiple systems, making coherence and KPI-based steering harder than it needed to be.

My contribution

I contributed to the design and development of an Azure data warehouse, linked information needs to data sources and worked with stakeholders on useful reporting.

Outcome

A more central data foundation for consistent dashboards, reporting and better performance conversations.

Context

International data flows touch technology, law and geopolitics at once. The organisation needed a coherent perspective for future choices.

My contribution

I researched GDPR, Schrems II and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, performed a risk assessment and collaborated with the CISO and internal stakeholders.

Outcome

Strategic advice translating complex compliance questions into concrete governance trade-offs.

My foundation is in HBO-ICT. My fascination starts with what happens next: how organisations choose, govern and responsibly embed technology.

That is why I combine technical knowledge with experience in governance, policy advice, association leadership and entrepreneurship. Not to have an opinion on everything, but to turn different perspectives into one clear next step.
